Facilities Overview
Hillsborough Recreation’s mission is to provide quality programming and facilities for Recreational use. Facilitron is our online reservation system. By creating an account and requesting space in one of our facilities, you will get access to the Facilitron team and view availability of the sites we have for rent in our community.
Most of the spaces we have online are Hillsborough City School District (HCSD) facilities including classrooms, Multipurpose Rooms (MPR) and the Crocker Gym. Facilitron is also the way you book Vista Park for birthday parties and fields for appropriate use rentals (see appropriate use on our website).
Requesting a space with Facilitron that shows availability does not guarantee a reservation. During our high-rental seasons, multiple groups request the same spaces and times. Hillsborough Recreation staff will work through these requests and collaborate with renters to determine space placement. Hillsborough Recreation staff also has the rights to deny requests for new users and/or inappropriate use in our facilities.
