Join Burlingame High School Varsity Basketball Coach and Teacher Jeff Dowd for a skill and Development Basketball League at South School.

The first 45 minutes will be devoted to developing motor skills, strength, agility and basketball technique.  The last 45 minutes will emphasize competitive games in a structured environment.  The goal of the SDBL is to get better in a positive focused environment where players develop confidence.

Smaller basketballs will be used and baskets lowered to 8 feet
